From April 2006 Approved Document L1 of the Building Regulations is to be amended, and therefore, making compliance with the Building Regulations 2000 more complex.Richmond Thermal Solutions will encompass all new changes in legislation.

- Richmond Thermal Solutions has over 17 years experience of construction and six years in Local Authority Building Control, ensuring all work undertaken is compliant with current legislation.
- All SAP ratings / thermal calculations are carried out by an authorised SAP Assessor.
- All thermal calculations will be completed & returned within 10 working days.
- All thermal calculations are undertaken using Superheat 5 software, which is approved by the British Research Establishment.
- Quotations given on request.
- We pride ourselves on building a close relationship with the client and can be contacted seven days a week to discuss proposed schemes & give general advice.

- Full Building Regulation specifications for domestic and non-domestic construction to accompany Building Notice applications or drawings that have been approved through the Planning Permission process.
- Structural calculations for all aspects of domestic and non-domestic construction (undertaken by an experienced fully qualified Structural Engineer).
- Consultation services on all aspects of domestic construction to achieve compliance with the Building Regulations 2000.
- Undertaking of Eco-Homes assessments (from March 2007).
- Access Statements produced to satisfy AD Part M and DDA 1995.
- Access Audits carried out by Consultant member of NRAC.
